patient-centered, collaborative environment
for RNs passionate about neuro care.
Responsibilities
Collect comprehensive patient data and perform thorough assessments.
Advocate for patients as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team.
Analyze assessment data to identify diagnoses or care issues.
Develop individualized care plans with measurable outcomes.
Ensure patient safety and effectivep>
Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans.
Provide high-quality care for adults recovering from neurological and medical conditions.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum
1 year of recent Acute Care RN experience .
Florida RN license
(or multistate compact license).
Nursing Diploma or ASN
(BSN preferred).
BLS certification
required prior to start.
NIH Stroke Scale certification
within 30 days of employment.
Preferred:
Experience in neuro or stroke care.
Hourly Pay:
$27.72 to $39.60 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 Days / $15,000 Nights
