Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeping Manager located in Highland, UT. The Bookkeeping Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing bookkeeping tasks, training and reviewing the work of junior staff, and providing high quality deliverables to our clients and tax team. Day-to-day tasks will include recording journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, sales taxes, reconciling bank statements, and providing financial reports as needed.
Qualifications

Strong Bookkeeping and Journal Entry skills
Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
