Station Security Manager

Insight Global is seeking a proactive and experienced Station Security Manager to lead the physical security operations at our clients new 1 million square foot warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure in a high-volume, fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment. As the primary security leader on-site, you will oversee contracted security personnel, enforce compliance with global and customer-specific security protocols, and drive continuous improvement in incident response and risk mitigation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience as a Station Security Manager
Previous experience and knowledge with TAPA America guidelines
Manage and evaluate the performance of contracted security teams, ensuring timely incident response and adherence to SLAs.
Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, HR, IT, and Corporate Security to align local procedures with global standards.
Identify opportunities for security enhancements and recommend process improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
