We are actively hiring multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and help transform lives through high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You\'ll be surrounded by compassionate professionals and have access to the resources and training needed to lead, innovate, and truly make an impact.
What Youll Do
Deliver ABA therapy services including assessments, functional behavior analyses, and behavior support planning.
Collaborate closely with families, RBTs, teachers, and other providers to ensure holistic and effective care.
Oversee RBTs providing 1:1 services to clients, ensuring treatment fidelity and documentation accuracy.
Conduct assessments and write behavior intervention plans aligned with clinical best practices and timelines.
Supervise BCaBAs and participate in interdisciplinary meetings as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with funding and HIPAA guidelines.
Attend team meetings (in-person or virtually) and maintain communication with clinical leadership.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Eligible for or currently hold licensure required to practice ABA in Iowa.
Passion for working with children and individuals with autism and developmental delays.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
