Overview
Dedicated Regional Dry Van (HAND UNLOAD) with weekly home time. Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays within the workweek. Home weekly for a 34 hour reset. Expected ~1500 miles per week. Compensation ranges from 0.60 to 0.73 cpm based on experience. An extra $125 weekly incentive is available as long as the driver is available for the full work week. In addition, you will earn $250 to unload the trailers. That adds up to approximately $1,725 per week and up to $126,000 annually.
Responsibilities
Hand unload trailers and handle assigned stops.
Deliver freight to various stores within the delivery area (VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV) within ~700 miles of the Front Royal, VA distribution center.
Ensure 100% live unload at stores; trailers may have 1–6 stops.
Operate on nights, weekends, and holidays within the workweek; minimum of 3 loads per week.
Attend orientation and at least 2 full shadow runs to learn the unload process (paid at $150 per day).
Qualifications
3 months Class A 53 Tractor Trailer/Flatbed experience within the past year (not counting school).
No SAP Drivers.
Hair Follicle Drug Screening.
Clean CDL – no incidents or accidents within the past year.
Compensation & Schedule
Home weekly with a 34-hour reset. Pay is based on experience (0.60–0.73 cpm). Approximately 1500 miles per week. $35 per backhaul. Additional weekly incentive of $125 if available for full work week.
Vacation accrual: after 1 year – 1 week; after 2 years – 2 weeks; after 7 years – 3 weeks.
