Starting Pay:
$16/hr and up (negotiable based on experience)
Position Overview: Seeking a dependable, long-term Filter Technician to service HVAC filters at the Exxon Campus. This role is ideal for someone interested in growing into a supervisory position.
Requirements:
Must have a completely clean background (no misdemeanors or deferred adjudications)
Clear driving history
Must pass random drug testing (urine and hair follicle)
English must be the first language; must be able to speak, read, and write fluently
(insurance requirement)
presentable
No visible tattoos on face, neck, hands/fingers
No nose rings or facial piercings
Must be dependable and punctual
Must have reliable transportation
Must be interested in long-term employment and potential advancement
Ideal Candidate: Someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and is looking to grow into a leadership role. Candidates not interested in long-term commitment or advancement need not apply.
