Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on time
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service
EPA certification and valid driver's license
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency services
High school diploma or equivalent, trade school or technical degree preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive hourly wage of $20-$35 per hour based on experience
Annual salary range of $41,600 - $72,800+
