We are seeking a
Registered Nurse
for our
Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg unit , providing patient-centered care with high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift; promptly report changes in status
Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring timely documentation in the medical record
Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and act appropriately in case of unintended response
Provide proactive, responsive, and compassionate patient care
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures
Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
Required:
1 year RN experience
(Acute care preferred but Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing, Outpatient Rehab, or Corrections accepted)
Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders have 60 days to obtain FL license after relocation)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of employment
Must live within
commutable distance
(60 min) due to on-call requirements
Preferred:
Comfortable managing
5:17:1 patient ratios
Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability
Beds:
45
Day Ratio:
5:1 (sometimes 6:1)
Night Ratio:
6:1

Hourly Rate:
$29 to $43/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus:
$15K Days / $25K Nights
