Physical Therapist - Inpatient , per diem

Responsibilities
Responsible for evaluating and treating inpatients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Schedule: varying day shifts, including weekends.
Documentation in accordance with JCAHO, third party payers, and the Thompson Health System.
Program development, outcome studies, and projects as required.
Compensation
Pay Range: $46.00 - $52.00, based on level of commitment.
Starting Rate: Based on experience.
Qualifications
Valid NYS licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
Degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE approved program; DPT preferred.
Prior experience in inpatient care setting preferred.
Spine and Neuro experience preferred.
ATC, OCS, SCS, or CSCS certifications a plus.
Experience with EMR preferred.
Team player and self-motivation required.
