Arts Office Manager
Full-time, 10-month position. August 2026.

has passion and experience with the Fine Arts
communicates and collaborates well with a variety of people
Primary job responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for phone calls and visitors, handling communications professionally
Support the creation and distribution of arts communications, including newsletters, website, and social media updates
Coordinate and organize fine arts event logistics, including physical presence, facilities and security requests, ticketing, external use reservations, food procurement, and master calendar updates
Manage volunteer network and specific volunteer opportunities
Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating support and repairs as needed
Support upkeep and tidiness of physical spaces, including managing keys and door schedules
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree
One to two years of related experience
