UI Engineer (with strong React)

CTG is seeking a highly skilled UI Engineer with strong React expertise to build modern, scalable web applications. This role focuses on developing high-performance user interfaces, integrating APIs, and contributing to oneApp-based architecture within an Agile environment.

Location:

Phoenix, AZ

Duration:

12 months

Key Responsibilities:

Develop dynamic, responsive UI components using React.js

Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready code

Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services

Contribute to oneApp application development and front-end architecture

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience with APIs and API integration

Familiarity with oneApp or similar front-end frameworks

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

Experience with state management (Redux, Context API)

Proficiency with Git and front-end build tools (Webpack, npm, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of UI/front-end development experience

Experience in microservices or API-driven environments

Prior Agile/Scrum experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
