Prime Video offers customers a vast collection of TV shows, movies, and live sports events. As an Associate Program Manager on the Live Events team, you will help bring new sports leagues and live events to Prime Video, from deal signing to broadcast.

Key Responsibilities

Support cross‑functional work streams across product, technology, merchandising, and operational teams to bring new sports events live on Prime Video.

Assist in coordinating with content acquisition and marketing teams on live sports coverage expansion.

Help document and track initiatives working with cross‑functional teams to launch sports events on Prime Video.

Support the building of digital content supply chains and process improvements for publishing sports content.

Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures and workflows.

Track and report key metrics to illustrate progress against team goals.

Coordinate with sports media partners and metadata aggregators on content delivery requirements.

Support troubleshooting of content delivery issues and implement solutions.

Day in the Life
You will support programs to bring new sports leagues to Prime Video and assist in launching live events. A successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, analytical, customer‑focused, and team‑oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

About the Team
Manage programs and workflows associated with delivering live content to Amazon customers. This involves interacting with sports media and metadata partners, managing workflows through the publishing process, and defining operational procedures to deliver engaging sports content.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Minimum 6 months of project coordination experience.

Experience planning, managing, and delivering customer‑focused documentation across multiple teams.

Experience with project management.

Experience in e‑commerce, digital products, or entertainment industries.

Preferred Qualifications

Effective communication of complex concepts through written and verbal communication.

Building and growing relationships with internal and external partners.

Data analysis and reporting experience.

Knowledge of deliverables and technical specifications for streaming assets.

Knowledge of video production crews, live streaming technologies, studio workflows, and post‑production techniques.

Experience in sports entertainment or broadcasting.

Salary ranges: USA, CA, Culver City – $70,400–$105,000 annually; USA, WA, Seattle – $80,200–$105,000 annually.
