Theater Technical Assistant - Set, Lighting & Stage Ops

Mt. Paran Christian School, Inc. is seeking a full-time Arts Technical Theater Assistant to support the daily technical operations of the arts program including set construction, lighting, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a foundational interest in technical theater and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment. This position involves hands-on support during productions and events and requires the ability to adapt to a fast-paced setting. Additional training and flexible work hours are expected.
