Salary Range: $26.94 per hour to $26.94 per hour

Responsibilities:

Operate process equipment and other assigned equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workplace, including all plant areas, workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as a team.

Possess a self‑starter ability while following orders when directed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Two years’ experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Experience and/or background in equipment operations such as molding rubber components, spraying adhesives, and grit blasting metals.

Good English reading and comprehension skills.

Must be available to work split shift.

Strong desire to be part of a high‑growth company with a results‑oriented culture.

Ability to move and lift up to 40 pounds.

New hire will start on first shift (6am – 2pm) for training purposes.

This position complies with US government ITAR requirements.
