Campaign & Operations Management

Own end‑to‑end campaign workflows from strategy brief to launch—translating briefs into structured project plans, clear owners, deadlines, and deliverable tracking across all activations.

Maintain near‑term and quarterly visibility across active programs; proactively surface blockers, risks, and timeline slippage with proposed solutions for leadership.

Own and optimize project management tools, build campaign Standard Operating Procedure and playbooks, and maintain organized documentation across gDrive, DAM, and Slack so materials are audit‑ready and easy to find, and structured for AI consumption, ensuring data integrity and naming conventions support automated workflows and tools.

Monitor the campaign production pipeline—tracking handoffs and friction points—and leverage AI and automation tools to streamline intake and cross‑functional workflows.

Own day‑to‑day agency relationships—ensuring SOWs are executed and aligned with legal requirements before work begins, tracking spend against budget, and holding agencies accountable to deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.

Cross‑Functional Coordination & Communication

Serve as the primary operational partner for all campaign channel owners across Content, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Paid Media, Marketing Ops, Communications, and Field Marketing—ensuring briefs are complete, deadlines are met, and ultimately aligned to the campaign strategy.

Proactively drive consistent stakeholder communications and run recurring status check‑ins so both the working team and leadership have clear visibility into campaign health without having to chase it.

Strategy & Performance

Bring a strategic lens to campaign planning—flagging opportunities in timing, sequencing, and momentum; identifying patterns across campaigns to inform how programs evolve.

Maintain real‑time visibility into campaign health metrics (on‑time delivery, cycle times, pipeline pacing) and coordinate with Strategy and Ops to ensure performance data flows into exec‑level dashboards.

What We’re Looking For

4–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation.

Proven ability to own a project management tool and drive team adoption and accountability.

Strong cross‑functional communication skills and ability to close the loop without being asked.

Enough marketing fluency to make smart execution calls independently—and clear on when to escalation.

Builder mindset—energized by designing processes, not just following them.

Growth‑oriented contributor who brings strategic instincts to the table—proactively flagging opportunities to optimize timing, approaches, and build bigger‑picture outcomes.

Comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments with some ambiguity, adjusting to business changes and challenges with flexibility.

Experience with tools like Asana, Marketo, Tableau, Claude, ChatGPT, or other efficiency tools is a plus.

Annual Base Salary Range for This Role
US: $110,000 – $150,000 USD (based on compensation practices, job‑related skills, experience, certifications, and geographic location).

Benefits
