Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Hybrid: Minimum 3 days per week in office, up to 5 days during onboarding
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Junior Graphic Packaging Designer to support the Creative Department’s Sales and Production teams. The role involves creating and updating packaging layouts, building mockups, managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with R&D, Legal, and QA standards, and collaborating with global print vendors.
Responsibilities
Create and update packaging layouts across multiple product categories.
Build in‑house mockups for line reviews and customer requests.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines and coordinating cross‑functionally.
Ensure packaging graphics comply with R&D, Legal, and QA standards, including copy verification.
Collaborate with global print vendors to prepare mechanical and print‑ready files.
Requirements
Associate degree (2‑year) in a related graphics field.
1+ years of professional experience in packaging design, including dielines, UPCs, materials, and finishes.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) with image compression and file optimization skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong foundation in color, typography, and composition.
Portfolio showcasing professional packaging design work (required).
