The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and supports sales growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytic, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing CRM platforms and multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms
Oversee social media accounts and drive audience engagement
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
Optimize website content for SEO performance
Analyze campaign metrics to guide strategy improvements
Manage digital advertising efforts and budget
Prepare detailed data reports for internal review
Target specific audiences with tailored marketing approaches
Monitor website analytics to assess traffic and behavior
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Monitor brand presence across digital channels
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
Associate’s degree in Marketing or Communications
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in SEO best practices
Experience with Content Management Systems
Strong familiarity with social media platforms
Competency in data analysis and interpretation
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Effective time management
