Astrik is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to take charge of our search engine strategy and build a high-performing SEO team. This is a night shift role, perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving organic growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO best practices.Lead technical SEO audits and optimize website performance.Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunitiesBuild and manage a team of SEO specialists, guiding them toward achieving key objectives.Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with SEO goals.Develop a strong backlink profile using ethical, white-hat strategies.Monitor, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
5 years of hands-on SEO experience with a successful track record.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Prior experience in hiring, managing, and leading an SEO team.
