Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full Time – Grand Rapids, MI We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time opportunity in Grand Rapids, Michigan . This position offers 12-hour day shifts , 36 hours per week , and an every-other-weekend schedule . Job Details Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Grand Rapids, MI Schedule: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week Shift Length: 12 hours Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend Setting: Continuing Care Work Location: On-site Job Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant , you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You will assist with daily care needs and help support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for patients and residents. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse Assist patients and residents with daily living activities, including: Bathing Dressing Feeding Transporting Document care provided in accordance with facility guidelines Maintain patient rooms, work areas, and equipment Report safety concerns or equipment issues to appropriate staff Support quality care initiatives and team-based patient care Requirements Active CNA certification Completion of a State of Michigan approved CNA training program High School Diploma or equivalent BLS certification Ability to work on-site in Grand Rapids, MI Ability to work 12-hour shifts Availability for every other weekend Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare or continuing care setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking Occasional pushing and pulling Ability to assist with patient mobility and daily care activities Ability to work in an active healthcare environment Apply Today If you are a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant in Grand Rapids, MI looking for a full-time healthcare opportunity , we encourage you to apply today. *
