Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/11/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 35 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) Shift: Days (8-Hour Shifts) Duration: 13 Weeks Location: Haverhill, Massachusetts Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitative care to patients with cognitive and/or physical functional impairments. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a LTC or Rehab setting . Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients with cognitive and ADL functional impairments Develop and implement individualized plan of care Provide therapeutic interventions , including: ADL retraining Therapeutic activities & exercises Modalities Assistive and supportive device training Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Document all care in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards Provide patient, family, and caregiver education Participate in care team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Complete discharge summaries and outcome evaluations Ensure accurate recording of treatment minutes and documentation Supervise and support OTAs, aides, and students as needed Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience LTC or Rehab experience required License: Active Massachusetts OT License About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
