Bilingual medical receptionist needed in a busy Women's Health practice. Ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, problem solve and possess excellent customer service skills.

Able to alternate easily between duties and be comfortable speaking with patients. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties:

• Check-in/out
• Schedule appointments
• Sort incoming documents to the appropriate physician
• Chart audit to ensure documents are scanned and placed in the chart correctly
• Additional duties as assigned
• Must possess strong organizational skills
• Multi-task at a high level
• Manage time with minimal direct supervision
• Reliable
• Ability to Problem Solve
• Highly organized
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Pay rate depends on experience: $18.50$19.50/hour.
