Business Development Representative The Chamberlin Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to engage with prospective clients to explain Chamberlin's holistic planning process, answer questions about services, and determine whether the prospective client's needs are a good fit for Chamberlin's holistic financial planning process. We are a small financial planning and tax services firm, located in St. Louis, Missouri, and serving clients nationwide since 2002. With a people-first culture built on integrity, gratitude, and community, we focus on helping our clients retire better.
Responsibilities:
Complete inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients who have expressed interest in learning more about Chamberlin through various marketing initiatives.
Explain and position the unique value proposition of Chamberlin's holistic financial planning process.
Answer prospective clients' questions, provide educational resources, and facilitate informational requests.
Make phone calls to follow up on missed appointments.
Attend educational seminars and engage with attendees, schedule prospecting calls, and helping to administer the event.
Education/Experience:
Customer service, inside sales, or outside sales experience is preferred. Financial Services experience is preferred.
College degree preferred.
Skills:
Ability to build a strong rapport with our prospective clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, HubSpot, Zocks.
Superior organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Hours:
Full-Time, 40 hours/week Evening work is required: minimum 2 evenings (8 hours) per month
