We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with over 5 years of experience to design and develop AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences, particularly in troubleshooting internet and related product issues.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Python programming, and API integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve customer support and troubleshooting experiences.
- Build and optimize AI models, including LLMs, to automate and enhance customer interactions.
- Integrate machine learning models with APIs to support scalable and efficient deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in the area of LLMs.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
- Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with API development and integration.
- Solid understanding of machine learning workflows, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building AI solutions for customer support or troubleshooting systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and ML deployment pipelines.
