Multimedia Account Executive

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new business through networking, cold calling, referrals and client meetings.
- Conduct needs analysis, manage CRM pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Sell advertising solutions across broadcast, digital, and events.
- Drive digital revenue through Cumulus digital assets (including streaming, web, social marketing services).
- Develop effective multi-platform, integrated sales presentations; ability to negotiate and close
- Meet and exceed annual sales quotas through proactive engagement.
- Deliver compelling presentations demonstrating multimedia solutions for client goals.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to meet client objectives and maximize cross-channel opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years successful outside sales experience required, Media Sales preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven success in media sales (broadcast and digital).
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, social, and mobile.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay Range: Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
