
Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Specialist to support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role will partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive campaign performance, optimize audience engagement, and ensure seamless execution of email marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
Build and deploy emails in platforms such as
Oracle Eloqua , Salesforce, HubSpot, and Mailchimp, translating templates into functional campaigns
Manage and segment contact lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with email marketing regulations
Maintain email marketing calendar and planner board, scheduling campaigns to optimize customer engagement and avoid oversaturation
Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Conduct market research and leverage third-party benchmarks (e.g., Questline) to evaluate effectiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Support event marketing efforts and additional marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
Knowledge of email compliance, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
