Data Center Technicians

to support one of our major clients within large‑scale infrastructure operations. This is a hands‑on, entry‑level opportunity for individuals looking to build or grow a career in IT and data center environments. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working with hardware, and learning new technologies, this role offers strong exposure and mentorship.

What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshoot and repair servers with hardware and network issues
Diagnose hardware failures and replace components as needed
Utilize a ticketing system to manage incidents, projects, and capacity work
Perform hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, production data center environment
Work on your feet for much of the day while supporting critical infrastructure

Required Qualifications
1+ year of IT support experience (hardware, cabling, desktop support, or similar)
Experience working within a ticketing system and managing priorities
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux preferred)
Foundational understanding of networking concepts, storage devices, or scripting
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications
Prior data center experience, especially within an enterprise‑level environment

Schedule & Shift Expectations
Training (mandatory, first 2 weeks): Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Post‑training: Flexibility is required; all shifts are being filled
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Typical schedules include Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday
Holiday work may be required and is paid at the regular rate

Additional Details
This is a highly hands‑on role—expect to be on your feet and working directly with equipment
Ideal for entry‑level IT professionals, students, interns, or those with limited experience
Candidates receive mentorship and on‑the‑job training
Composite toe work boots are required (an investment in your IT career)
