Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced

STIBO STEP WebUI Consultant

with strong

Master Data Management (MDM)

expertise to design, configure, and optimize

STEP WebUI, workflows, and integrations

for enterprise-scale solutions.

Must‑Have Requirements
8–10+ years in

MDM implementations
1–2 full lifecycle implementations

of

Stibo STEP MDM/PIM
Hands-on expertise with

STIBO STEP WebUI & Workflow modules
Strong experience in

configuration, integration, and deployment
STIBO STEP MDM/PIM experience is

mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Build & customize

STEP WebUI components
Configure

workflows, dashboards, portals, business rules & validations
Design & enhance

enterprise MDM workflows
Develop integrations using

SOAP/REST APIs
Work with

XML, XSD, JSON, JavaScript
Collaborate with business & architecture teams
Support

data governance initiatives

and continuous improvements

Required Skills
STIBO STEP MDM (Workflow & WebUI)
Java, JavaScript, XML, JSON
API development & integrations
Experience in Agile, enterprise environments
Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred:
SQL & data modeling
Consulting or solution architecture experience
