We are seeking an experienced

Collection Supervisor

to lead B2B receivables and drive timely resolution of outstanding accounts in a fast-paced environment. This role oversees collection activities, supports credit operations, and partners cross-functionally to manage risk and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate collections on commercial receivables
Review delinquent accounts and recommend next steps, including agency placement
Approve credit holds and support order release decisions
Reconcile AR balances and resolve discrepancies
Prepare reporting on aging, risk accounts, and collection strategies
Manage and support lien waivers, lien rights, and payment bond processes
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of B2B collections experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong experience with construction liens and payment bonds required
ERP experience (JD Edwards or similar) and advanced Excel skills
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
