Role Overview
We are seeking a

Senior IT Project Manager

to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex technology initiatives. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can manage cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong leadership and communication skills, and has a proven ability to manage enterprise-level IT programs.

This is a hybrid role requiring

3 days onsite in Boston . Please confirm your availability and willingness to commute.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Execution (40%)
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex IT projects
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies
Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure successful execution
Ensure alignment with business and technology objectives
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (20%)
Act as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and leadership
Drive clear communication on project status, risks, and milestones
Present updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration (15%)
Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors
Define roles, responsibilities, and drive accountability
Foster collaboration and problem-solving culture
4. Monitoring, Reporting & Financial Oversight (25%)
Track project performance, risks, and financials
Prepare status reports and dashboards
Ensure budget adherence and identify optimization opportunities
Conduct post-project reviews and document learnings

Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
PMP / Agile / PRINCE2 certification preferred

Experience:
8–10 years of IT Project Management experience
Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise IT projects
Strong background in CRM, ERP, cloud, data integration, or infrastructure projects
Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success in managing organizational change and transformation initiatives

Skills & Tools
Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
Strong experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments
