Director of Campus Operations
A well-established nonprofit is hiring a Director of Campus Operations to lead its flagship property. Senior, year-round role with full ownership of the campus.
Relocation fully covered. Free on-site housing provided.

The property operates year-round, hosting a large summer program plus off-season retreats and events. The Director owns facilities, vendor relationships, capital projects, compliance, budget, and the seasonal scale-up each summer. Reports to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight of all
maintenance operations across buildings, grounds, and equipment
Develop and improve
preventive and predictive maintenance programs
to reduce downtime and extend asset life
Ensure compliance with all
safety regulations and industry standards
Lead, manage, and develop a team of maintenance staff
Oversee
budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
(labor, tools, materials)
Collaborate with leadership and provide regular
operational reports and updates
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of
mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
Proven
leadership and team management experience
Experience managing
large-scale properties or multi-building operations
Familiarity with
safety regulations and compliance standards
Experience with
budgeting and financial planning
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
