Juno is partnering with a large, established consumer services organization undergoing a major transformation toward a more modern, data-driven marketing model. With a long-standing national presence and a diversified portfolio of services, the company is investing heavily in building a scalable, performance-focused growth engine. This is a newly created leadership role designed to bring accountability, structure, and measurable impact to marketing investment.
The Role
We are seeking a Director of Performance & Growth Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all performance-driven marketing initiatives. This role owns a significant media budget (~$150M) and is responsible for turning marketing into a predictable, ROI-driven growth engine. You will align paid and owned channels, implement robust measurement frameworks, and help transition capabilities from external agencies to a more in-house model over time. This is a performance and growth role focused on outcomes—not brand or creative leadership. This role will be on-site in Wilmington, DE.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Growth Strategy
Own performance marketing end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting
Translate marketing investment into measurable outcomes (leads, revenue, ROI)
Build and scale omnichannel growth engines across paid and owned channels
Establish testing frameworks and drive continuous optimization
Paid Media & Investment Management
Lead strategy across search, social, programmatic, display, video, and affiliate channels
Own and optimize a ~$150M media budget, balancing growth, efficiency, and ROI
Partner with external agencies while building internal capabilities over time
Drive transparency and accountability across marketing performance
Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS)
Own strategy and execution of email and SMS programs across the customer lifecycle
Build scalable programs focused on segmentation, personalization, and engagement
Improve opt-in rates and drive deeper customer engagement
Lead lifecycle performance reporting and optimization
Partnership Marketing
Develop and scale a partnership marketing strategy to drive awareness and lead generation
Identify and onboard high-impact partners aligned to growth goals
Own partner performance measurement and reporting
Marketing Analytics & Transformation
Establish measurement frameworks, including attribution and performance dashboards
Partner across MarTech and AdTech to improve tools, integrations, and data flow
Support the implementation and activation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Help modernize the marketing organization and reduce reliance on external agencies
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency and/or in-house)
Proven success managing large-scale paid media programs and budgets
Deep expertise across digital channels and performance optimization
Strong experience with marketing analytics and attribution modeling
Hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms, CRM systems, and segmentation strategies
Familiarity with CDPs, marketing automation, and modern MarTech ecosystems
Experience building or transitioning capabilities from agency to in-house
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
