Core Platform Expertise
Guidewire
— PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, plus integration architecture
Duck Creek — PAS, Claims, Billing, Clarity
Domain Knowledge
Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance background.
Experience in dual-platform (Guidewire + Duck Creek) insurer landscapes is a plus.
Enterprise Architecture
End-to-end target state architecture across platforms, integrations, data, cloud, and security.
Architecture governance, reviews, Solution Right checkpoints, risk mitigation.
Platform upgrades, modernization, and roadmap planning.
Integrations, data migration, and reporting architecture.
Cloud & Engineering
Cloud platforms — Azure and/or AWS
DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Leadership & Delivery
Stakeholder management across business, delivery, and client teams.
Experience operating within global delivery models.
Strong leadership-level communication.
Certifications (nice to have)
Guidewire or Duck Creek certifications.
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
