Qualifications:
Valid Maryland SLP certification required for SLP candidates
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLP positions
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) acceptable for SLP candidates
SLPA certification for assistant roles
Experience working with pediatric and autistic populations is highly desirable
Flexibility to participate in onsite interviews and engage directly with students during the evaluation process
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech and language therapy evaluations and interventions
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique communication needs of each child
Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
