Project Manager (Atlanta)

Our client is seeking a highly execution-focused Project Manager with strong experience in construction, renovation, or ground-up builds. This role is hands-on and site-driven, requiring someone who can take full ownership of project delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution across construction, renovation, or new build initiatives
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Monitor on-site progress daily and proactively address delays or issues
Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
Manage procurement, resource allocation, and cost tracking
Provide clear and consistent project updates to leadership
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience in construction, renovation, or new development
Proven track record of managing budgets and timelines successfully
Strong on-site presence with the ability to drive progress and accountability
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
Familiarity with project management tools and construction documentation processes

Projects delivered on time and within budget
Strong coordination across teams and stakeholders
Minimal disruptions through proactive problem-solving
High-quality execution across all phases of the build
Key Details
Location: On-site (5 days per week)
Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 base salary and eligibility to earn 10% bonus
