6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, or technical product roles.
Proven expertise in use case development, data analysis, system flows, and story writing.
Ability to translate business intent into technical specifications, including APIs, REST, SOAP, and JSON.
Experience in Agile development methodologies and full product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and SaaS environments.
