Title: Investment Banking Analyst - Healthcare

We are partnering with a highly regarded boutique investment bank specializing in M&A advisory, strategic consulting, and capital markets for mid-market private shareholders. The firm is actively expanding its Healthcare Investment Banking team in Denver, CO, driven by strong deal flow and an active transaction pipeline.
This is a hands-on Analyst opportunity offering meaningful client exposure, responsibility across the full deal lifecycle, and the chance to work closely with senior bankers on complex, high-impact healthcare transactions. Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations
Support due diligence and transaction execution across mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets mandates
Collaborate with senior bankers on strategic advisory initiatives and business development efforts
Qualifications:
1.5 + years of Investment Banking experience
A background in the Healthcare sector with meaningful M&A transaction experience is preferred but not required at the Analyst level
M&A and Capital Markets deal experience
MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
