RF Design Engineering (Lowell)

A Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for developing RF modules from conceptual to production release phases.
This includes:
Participating to product definition, in order to assess feasibility and define target specifications.
Executing schematic circuit simulations and EM simulations.
Designing test circuits for evaluation and production testing.
Generating layouts and assembly drawings.
Device characterization and modeling.
Maintaining a fully equipped test bench.
Delivering fully characterized prototype samples (RF, thermal). Material procurement for prototypes.
Generating design reports, progress reports, test reports, datasheets and bill of materials.
Organizing design reviews.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's in electrical engineering or Master's degree.
15+ years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with Microwave Power Amplifier design theory and techniques.
Familiarity with electrical simulation tools such as MWO or ADS (MWO preferred).
Familiarity with EM simulation tools (such as AXIEM or other).
Familiarity with Thermal simulation tools (such as SYMMIC or other) is a plus.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or other layout drawing tool.
