We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to manage timelines for high-end custom residential projects in Naples. This role coordinates with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain construction schedules
Coordinate project timelines and sequencing
Track progress and adjust schedules as needed
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
Support permitting, inspections, and procurement planning
Qualifications:
3+ years in residential construction scheduling or project coordination
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., P6 Primavera, MS Project)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
