We’re partnering with a leading global technology organization to bring on a
Data Center Commissioning Manager
to support large-scale infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning the final phase of complex builds—ensuring systems are fully operational, validated, and ready for deployment.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end commissioning activities for data center projects from design review through system validation
Serve as the primary point of contact for all commissioning-related efforts across electrical, mechanical, and controls systems
Conduct equipment walkdowns and verify installation quality and functionality
Coordinate closely with construction teams, controls engineers, and third-party contractors
Develop and manage commissioning schedules, track progress, and provide regular status updates to leadership
Identify and resolve technical issues across MEP systems to ensure performance, safety, and reliability
Ensure all commissioning activities meet quality standards and project requirements
What We’re Looking For
5–6+ years of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, construction, or commissioning
Proven experience commissioning
data center infrastructure
Strong knowledge of
MEP systems
(electrical distribution, HVAC/cooling, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with building controls / BMS systems
Background working with major data center contractors or hyperscale environments
