Overview:
The Planet Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support multiple design leads at a Fortune 500 client. This role requires strong organization, calendar management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling conflicts
Coordinate cross-functional communication and team activities
Track projects, deadlines, and resource allocation
Arrange travel, expenses, and administrative documentation
Organize team meetings, events, and offsites
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and professionalism
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with tools like Calendar, Mail, Keynote, Slack, etc.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
