About the Role
We are hiring an Emergency Response Coordinator to support the Pittsburgh Metro Area by responding to residential and commercial property losses and helping customers through the critical first steps after a disaster.

This role blends sales, service, and field leadership. When fire, water, storm, or structural damage happens, people need someone calm, confident, and capable.

What You’ll Do
Respond to emergency losses involving fire, water, storm, structural, vehicle impact, and related property damage
Meet homeowners, property managers, and business owners on-site
Provide calm, professional guidance during stressful situations
Secure work authorizations for emergency mitigation services
Assist customers with insurance claim initiation when needed
Educate clients on mitigation, drying, contents, and reconstruction next steps
Maintain active job logs, follow-up pipelines, and overnight response tracking
Coordinate with operations, project teams, and internal partners for seamless handoff
Build trust quickly and represent the company with urgency and professionalism

What We’re Looking For
Experience in restoration, mitigation, emergency services, construction, roofing, insurance, or related field services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable engaging customers without a warm introduction
Sales confidence with a service-first mindset
Ability to stay composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong organization and follow-through skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Schedule
Rotating day and night on-call schedule similar to firefighter-style shifts
Must be available for evenings, weekends, and urgent response calls as needed
Field-based role throughout the Pittsburgh Metro Area

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package including:
$55,000 to $65,000 base salary depending on experience
Uncapped quarterly bonuses tied to recognized revenue and job count
