Addison Group is supporting our client in hiring a Assistant Project Manager. This role supports a highly collaborative client services team within a growing, people-focused organization.

Job Description:
This position manages daily project coordination, client communication, documentation, and workflow alignment across multiple internal teams. The role blends relationship-building, problem-solving, and operational execution within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Support project managers by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and workflow updates.
Convert client requirements into accurate manufacturing instructions and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Manage die-lines, artwork files, and labeling materials for client projects.
Partner with teams across production, quality, warehouse, and sales to ensure smooth project execution.
Drive A–Z client communication once projects move into production.
Set up new items, maintain ERP data, and track project progress.
Assist with troubleshooting issues, escalating concerns, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Proactively jump in where needed—whether checking samples, reviewing materials, or resolving operational needs.

Qualifications:
2–4+ years in account management or project coordination.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Strong ERP experience and advanced Excel skills required.
Understanding of production processes, raw materials, and quality requirements.
Excellent communication—warm, engaging, calm under pressure, and able to navigate surprises smoothly.
Flexible, collaborative, curious, and eager to learn.
Strong problem-solving skills and situational awareness.
