Network Field Engineer (on Call)

Smart Hands / Network Field Engineer – Job Description
Provide on-site technical support at data centers or client locations
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and IT hardware (routers, switches, servers)
Perform rack and stack, cabling, patching, and equipment replacement
Assist remote engineers with hands-on tasks and diagnostics
Monitor and resolve basic network and hardware issues
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Document work performed, updates, and incident reports
Respond to service requests within defined SLAs
Support hardware upgrades, maintenance, and decommissioning
Work on an on-call or flexible schedule as required
