Oracle Enterprise Applications Database Administrator / CC&B Consultant
to support and deliver solutions for
Oncor’s Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing system . The role requires strong expertise in database administration along with hands-on configuration and development within
Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing .

Key Responsibilities
Implement, support, and enhance Oracle Utilities CC&B solutions
Develop and configure application components using:
Maintenance Objects
Business Objects
Scripts & Zones
XAI Services
UI Maps
Batch Jobs & Bundling
Work extensively with
Oracle Utilities Application Framework
for configurations and customizations
Facilitate
technical & functional design workshops
with stakeholders
Translate business requirements into
functional designs and technical specifications
Develop and support:
Customizations
Interfaces using
Oracle SOA Suite
Reports using
Oracle BI Publisher
Document workflows, impacted components, and process changes
Ensure smooth integration between CC&B and upstream/downstream systems

Required Skills
Strong experience with
CC&B core modules
Hands-on experience with
Oracle Database 12c
Expertise in
Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
Experience with
Oracle SOA Suite
integrations
Proficiency in
Oracle BI Publisher
Strong knowledge of CC&B technical architecture and configurations

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with
utility/energy domain clients
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
Experience in enterprise-scale application environments
