Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role in Marlboro, NJ. The Customer Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include leading and supporting the team, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, analyzing service data to improve processes, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and internal departments.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage team interactions and client relationships
Experience in team leadership or management is a plus
Proficiency in customer service software and tools, along with basic knowledge of insurance-related operations is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
