Senior Financial Analyst.

The salary for this position is $90k - $115k.
The
Senior Financial Analyst
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of financial reporting systems and ensure accurate, consistent reporting in line with company policy.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting analysis.
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, executive presentations, and reporting materials.
Develop, manage, and analyze annual budgets and monthly forecasts
Perform financial variance analysis with clear documentation, research, and communication of results and fluctuations.
Calculate and manage commissions, sales bonuses, and related compensation accruals and payments.
Drive accounting and reporting process improvements while maintaining tracking tools, checklists, and internal controls.
The
Senior Financial Analyst
will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience, preferably manufacturing experience
Workday/Adaptive experience preferred
Excellent communication skills for working with management & peers
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions using learned techniques and tools.
