Director, Fund Operations & Transformation

We are partnering with a consulting platform focused on the alternative investment space on a senior hire within their hedge fund and private credit practice. This is a client-facing role working directly with COOs, CFOs, and operations leadership on a range of initiatives spanning system implementations, operating model design, and broader transformation efforts across middle and back office functions.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end client engagements across hedge fund and private credit clients, including system implementations and operating model enhancements.
Serve as a key resource on Geneva-related work, including implementations, upgrades, and integration efforts.
Advise on middle and back office processes including NAV production, reconciliation, shadow accounting, and investor reporting.
Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party administrators to improve fund accounting workflows.
Evaluate and support broader technology initiatives across portfolio accounting, data, and operational infrastructure.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience within hedge fund or credit operations, fund administration, or consulting.
Hands-on experience with Geneva, including configuration, workflows, or reporting.
Strong understanding of middle and back office functions across hedge funds or credit strategies.
Experience working with or alongside fund administrators and external service providers.
Ability to operate in a client-facing capacity and manage multiple workstreams.
