Position Overview
As a Reconstruction Manager, you will lead the execution of reconstruction projects across the region by overseeing Project Managers and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is focused on driving consistency, accountability, and performance across multiple jobs while supporting your team in the field. You will act as the bridge between leadership strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring projects run efficiently and clients receive exceptional service throughout the rebuild process.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands restoration and reconstruction, can manage people and processes, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee and support Project Managers across multiple reconstruction projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company standards
• Review scopes, estimates, and project plans to ensure accuracy and profitability
• Monitor job progress, identify risks early, and help resolve issues proactively
• Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and field teams
• Partner with internal teams (mitigation, operations, leadership) to ensure smooth handoffs and execution
• Maintain strong communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders as needed
• Drive accountability around documentation, job tracking, and process adherence
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed to support emergency response

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in disaster restoration, reconstruction, or construction management
• Prior leadership experience overseeing Project Managers or multiple crews
• Strong understanding of fire, water, mold, and reconstruction processes
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with estimating and project management tools (Xactimate, DASH, Encircle, or similar)
• Ability to balance field realities with operational structure and process
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites as needed
