with strong expertise in

retail/consumer goods analytics, data governance, and AI-driven solutions .

Role Summary
This role combines

advanced analytics, data stewardship, and AI innovation

to ensure data is accurate, governed, and business-ready. You will play a key role in

defining metrics, maintaining data quality, and building AI-powered solutions

to automate analytics and governance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze

retail channel data

(sales, inventory, performance metrics) using statistical techniques
Build and maintain

forecasting models and analytical solutions
Perform

exploratory data analysis (EDA)

and translate insights into business recommendations
Own and govern

data definitions, metrics, lineage, and data quality standards
Develop and maintain

data dictionaries, glossaries, and documentation
Design and deploy

AI/LLM-based agents

to automate analytics and governance processes
️ Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
SQL and Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels)
Mandatory experience in

Retail / Consumer Goods Analytics
Expertise in

data analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling
Strong understanding of

data governance, data quality, and stewardship
Experience with

data pipelines/tools (Airflow, dbt, Spark, or similar)
Hands-on exposure to

AI agents or LLM-based solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Nice to Have
Knowledge of

graph technologies (Neo4j, RDF)

and query languages (Cypher, SPARQL)
Experience with

multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK)
Familiarity with

data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
Experience with cloud platforms like

Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery
