Role Description
We are seeking recent graduates 2025-26 candidates for two full-time Paralegal positions to join our team in Reston, VA.
ALL TRAINING IS PROVIDED.
This is on-site for training and remote/hybrid available after first year.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
no production requirement; accuracy is highest priority.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree.
Salary position based on 37.5 hours, from $45-50k first year and an opportunity for above-average salary increases depending on performance.
